"The staff in the room was amazing. This boutique hotel in the heart of Covent Garden was exactly where I needed it to be. I only wish that they had more amenities other than the in room Keurig and mini refrigerator. To note, you must bring an adapter if you’re coming from the states."

"Great location. Near museums, Churchill war rooms, Parliament, fine dining. Quiet area, clean, and nice breakfast. Some of the room furniture could be better placed, for example two chairs crowded around the table right next to my bed. I had to move one of the chairs closer to the window which made more sense."

"We love this hotel. The staff is wonderful. The room is clean and comfy. And we love the coffee shop downstairs. It’s the perfect location at Trafalgar and charring cross. Walkable to so many sights and easy for the train. We always stay here when in London."

"The location is very convenient- easy walking distance to the west end, Trafalgar Square, Westminister Abbey and more. The train and tube station is just around the corner. There are plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. The hotel restaurant is very good. The staff are very welcoming and inviting. When they notice you like something, they stock more of those snacks in the room. The rooms themselves are wonderful."
