"Another wonderful stay at the Clermont, Charing Cross. We had a spacious double room, checked in with the lovely staff who are always welcoming, attentive and so friendly. Left our bags as we were super early. Had a call when our room was ready and was welcomed with a personal note to say welcome back again and a huge slice of chocolate fudge cake! "So charming and in a great location. Great food options on same street. Spacious room and kept clean very well. Staff was very friendly and delivered evening shortbread cookies every night. The air conditioning did seem to fault after the first night but luckily it was chilly when we went but could be bothersome in warmer temperatures."

"This hotel is a great find. Location is close to lots of places you want to be. The decor is avant- garde, some might say quirky but it works. The staff is very helpful especially Roman and Emmiy. The pics posted are accurate. Rooms are clean , we had a balcony so we sat out there ( though a bit chilly). There are many restaurants and bars in the area. It’s close to Waterloo station and the area is very artsy. This was our first staying in that area of London and we enjoyed it. "

"This is a regal hotel that is centrally located for the theatre district and the National Gallery. Although it is close to everything, the side street is quiet with a lovely garden behind and easy access to Embankment tube station. The staff is delightful and they recognized us whenever we walked through the lobby. Everything is spotless, including our spacious room. We never really figured the lights out, but that was a small thing compared to having 2 leather recliners and a heated bathroom...

"We had a brilliant stay here for a weekend away. The breakfast was lovely and there was a large selection of breakfast buffet items alongside a cooked breakfast. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was and added bonus to have water, milk and coffee avaliable in the room free of charge. The hotel is in a good location for sightseeing and exploring london. Would 100% stay here again. "
