"Great location at charing cross station and close to Covent garden and theaters. Complimentary minibar in room - including alcohol!!! Welcome bottle of bubbly and slice of cake was a lovely surprise. Travelled with 2 kids and they had the room set up with sofa bed set up and trundle bed rolled in. That left little room to manouver in the room - otherwise it would have been lovely. The shower leaked a little and there was no complimentary moisturizer in the bathroom. Otherwise it was lovely and...

"Great design, beautiful views of London from top floor. The cosy room was small but well appointed. Excellent sound proofing. A more comprehensive mini bar and coffee machine in room would have been a plus. Nice shower and good size, clean bathroom. Room service food very good and the breakfast was excellent, although a little expensive. Service was great, we enjoyed our stay."

"Absolutely loved our stay! Thank you for helping to make Mitch's 40th birthday so special. Beautiful hotel, gorgeous rooms and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Everything just felt really special from the moment we arrived. The only very slight disappointment was that the rooftop bar was closed for a private event, as we'd been looking forward to visiting it, but it certainly didn't take away from what was an amazing stay. We'd definitely stay again and would highly recommend it....
