"We enjoyed our stay at the Henrietta Experimental. Our room was in the newly expanded rooms across the street from the original hotel. The staff were nice and friendly, but not always present because they were manning two different desks on either side of the street. The room itself was very nice, comfortable and had great air conditioning. We slept very well and had plenty of space in the bedroom and the giant attached bathroom. "We very much enjoyed the property. From the lobby reception area, fitness center, restaurant and bar were all very well maintained. Modern look and feel. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly. Best of all was the location. Five to ten minute walk to London Eye and Thames South Bank and just another five minutes to Parliament, Westminster Underground. Looking forward to staying there again."
