"We booked a large room, which was not ready when we arrived at 3:30pm. They "upgraded" to a very small room with a view of the river. The 3 nights stay was uncomfortable in the very small space"

Overall hotel room felt tired, light switch next to bed didn’t work, rain shower was in poor state, mould around the air conditioning vent, the worse part was whilst trying to sleep there was constant noise from furniture being moved around on the rooftop. Quite disappointing from a hotel I have visited a number of times."
