"The Clermont is at a wonderful location. Access to public transportation right outside the doors. I loved walking in smelling the fresh flowers. The staff were friendly and said hello and goodbye every time I saw them. Check-in was easy and fast, and staff answered questions diligently. My only complaint is one elevator working. I didn’t want to wait to have someone help me with my luggage so I just went down the steps from the 4th floor. Super aggravating people riding an excelsior one floor...

"The hotel has a modern, edgy design and a great location near Chinatown. The room was a little small, but overall comfortable. However, there was a blood stain on the bedsheet, which was unpleasant, and the sound insulation was poor — I could clearly hear the people next door showering for nearly an hour. There were cobwebs around the air vent, since my room was a corner room at the end of the hallway, it made me feel like nobody had stayed this room for a while."
