"We enjoyed our stay at the Henrietta Experimental. Our room was in the newly expanded rooms across the street from the original hotel. The staff were nice and friendly, but not always present because they were manning two different desks on either side of the street. The room itself was very nice, comfortable and had great air conditioning. We slept very well and had plenty of space in the bedroom and the giant attached bathroom. "The hotel was exceptionally well‑maintained, and the rooms were spotless. The staff was helpful and respectful, always making sure our needs were met throughout our stay. We loved the breakfast selection and the cozy atmosphere. Best of all, the location was perfect—close to major tourist attractions like the London Eye, Westminster Abbey, and the bridge, and just a short walk from the train station."

"Staff were excellent, close to tube stations, we tried to get a reservation our first day at the rooftop bar but they couldn't accommodate us due to low staffing. They did allow us to see the views. Only 1 elevator working our 3 days, long waits unfortunately. Room was cozy, there was a heatwave during our visit and AC didn't bring down the temperature as much as we would have liked. Overall a nice hotel in a fairly quiet area."

"This property is spectacular!! A few steps to The Horse Guards , yet quietly tucked away from any noise. We stayed at many properties throughout London, and this is by far the most affordable historical elegance you will find. When we are staying with friends in London, we always stop in for coffee in the morning or a nightcap in the evening. This past weekend when we stayed, we were so impressed with everything about this hotel.."

"The hotel is well-located and kept in fairly good shape. I was surprised when I entered my room to find that someone had done a bowel movement in the toilet and it was left unflushed. That really soured me on the whole stay. Although I was meant to arrive in the afternoon, flight delays in Frankfurt meant I didn’t arrive until ~10 pm. I was surprised to find the hotel bar closing by the time I arrived. Who closes a hotel bar at 10 pm. Ridiculous. At that point, I determined not to eat or do...
