"Everything"

"The most disappointing part was the staff at the front desk. They were not particularly helpful, nor were they empathetic at all. When questions were posed to them they simply said they did not know taking no initiative to help at all because they clearly did not care. Also the parking situation was in a public lot and they didn’t even validate. Overall, meh."

"The hotel needs to be updated. The room was old and outdated. The whole hotel had a funny smell. Noisy ac unit. The shower water leaked onto the bathroom floor."

"Property staff was always attentive and/or cleaning! Carpet in the main walkways are torn and there is no elevator. I didn't get any breakfast. Other than that, space in the split level room with large area for office/work, 2 queen beds upstairs, small kitchenette, fridge, microwave and 1.5 bedrooms was ample! Also the location near highway, grocery and restaurant worked for me."

"Packets of oatmeal and hot chocolate is not "Breakfast Included". Wifi was spotty. Touch up paint didn't match wall paint, so everything looked run down. Kitchen was super old and gross. Especially the fridge. No ice machine. Nice staff, but just carried itself as a run down motel."

"I was given a room key to a room that wasn’t turned over (towels on the bed and floor of the bathroom). Then we were given keys to a new room. There was a used bandaid on the lamp. The room wasn’t cooling down well either."

"Only stayed for one night. The room was very clean and the bathroom was spotless. Trying to actually get to the property was tricky."

"There was a musty smell and the property is under renovation with enough signs to let us know. I wasn't aware of the construction while booking. So I cut short my stay from 5 days to 1 day after informing property manager on duty, because I was in after 1am due to flight delay. Property manager was more curious about if I had pets (I didn't), than about my conveniences. In the morning, I wasn't told of breakfast."

"Just an absolutely terrible experience. Front desk was extremely unprofessional. We reserved a room for two nights. We were coming down to go to a family gathering. On the day we were to arrive, I got sick. I spent the night in the hospital about one hour north of East Brunswick. My wife's called the hotel and specifically told then we were not going to make it in and also let them know that we did not want to give up our reservation and we intended to be there for the second night.
