"We had a fantastic stay. Our room was clean, spacious, and well equipped. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options and the hotel is in an excellent location."

"Hotel definitely needs to be refurbished. Certain areas more than others. Not the cleanest hotel but Staff was pleasant. There is a restaurant/bar in hotel which is convenient. Personally I thought $30 a day for valet parking for guests was ridiculously expensive considering they’re parking your car in the same parking deck as self parking and it’s less expensive and around the corner from the hotel."

"Firstly, the front entrance was very dark. I had to get out of my car just to verify that the front door was open. Secondly, the front desk attendant was very rude toward my daughter and me. She didn’t acknowledge us or even look at us. She only asked for the deposit and handed me the room key without lifting her eyes toward us. "Well maintain property. The beds could be better, couldn’t get a good nights sleep. The AC was on and off throughout the night!"

"Our bathroom had a loose tile right in front of the toilet. Our TV was but connected to the internet so we couldn’t watch anything but network channels. And when I asked for help, the person at the front desk said she didn’t know how to do that and the tech guy left for the day"

"One thing that needs to be clean is the window trim it was very dusty. View was great. Pool look nice but didn’t get a chance to check out the pool or bar/restaurant. Check in/out was very easy. Rooms were a nice size."
