"Clean room and more than enough parking"

"Great service from all of the staff, who were all super friendly. We got there early in the day and expected to have them hold our bags and return later to check in but they gave us a happy surprise when they said they had a room available for us. One note - the rooms aren't quiet to outdoor sounds. That didn't bother us because were where there for a party which was on property."

"Very clean, great attached cafe, great laundry room, safe parking, helpful staff, beautiful lobby. Only downside is that it is on the edge of SF's redlight district called "The Tenderloin". Some of the nonsense spills over to this area but it's manageable."

"The hotel here was very lovely and 26th floor had such a beautiful city view. Clean room, kind staff, and great amenities here. The only thing they do not have is a microwave in the room, but there is a restaurant on site and a mini cafe. Along with that, great restaurants around walking distance wise. :)"

"Tremendous property. Zoe in the main lobby bar was outstanding. Great service knowledgeable of the local community. Bull Sutton - the concierge - is a legend. So glad we met him and got great recommendations for restaurants. He is a gem and every hotel should have one like him. A star. The bar and room were great. Amazing view. Also the Club Room, while on a lower floor, great staff and selections throughout the day. Pool and hot tub were perfect. Hot and clean. The location is amazing...
