"When I checked for a week and payed CASH IN TOWN FOR A MILITARY EVENT AT LACKLAND AFB DRIVE 25 hours, NO ONE INFORMED ME IF I HAD TO LEAVE EARLY I NEED TO GIVE A NOTICE OR THE HOTEL WOULD RETAIN A FEE OF 129.00. It just not a way to handle playing customers of over 25 years!"
