"Overall, this property worked great for our family for the two nights we stayed in Venice. We have two teenage boys so we needed two rooms. The staff was able to accommodate our request for two rooms next to each other so our kids were close to us. Even before our stay, the staff were extremely helpful. Umberto was kind and responsive, as well as the young man who made breakfast…a great “North American” style breakfast of fresh scrambled eggs and bacon, along with fresh baked croissants! You are within walking distance of every major tourist site as well. "

"Hotel was a very central location. 7 minute walk to Saint Mark square. Same street with luxury shops. Next to Michelin star restaurant. Raphael canal front restaurant block away( great food and atmosphere). Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Expansive and delicious breakfast buffet. Room 7 had 2 full bathrooms and living room could be closed off from bedroom. Top floor outside deck with lounges and chairs made a great evening spot for a glass of wine. Highly recommend."
