"This is a must stay if you’re going to Venice and seeking a luxury hotel. The rooms are beautiful, as well as the hotel overall. There is a courtyard that felt so indulgent after a day of exploring. The location allowed us to pop in and out and explore at our own pace. While all of that was excellent, the main reason you should stay here is because of the service. "It's an older hotel but ideally located and the staff was exceptional. I stayed in a single room and although it was small it was functional but for me the bed was quite narrow. I loved the view from the window but because it was on the top floor, the shower was very difficult because a low slanted beam was right in the middle of the bathtub/shower so I had to constantly dip my head, I'm 5'10" so perhaps shorter people wouldn't have had that issue. If I stayed again I'd book a larger room, but...
