"The night we arrived there was a power outage for 2 hours and 25 minutes, the staff informed it was not only at the hotel, but also at couple of buildings in the area. The electricity was reestablished but by midnight there was another outage. The next day there was not hot water in the entire hotel, me and my family had to take a freezing cold shower that night.
