The reason for the low rating is the misleading marketing of the hotel. "Lovely room and a great breakfast with hot and cold options to suit everyone. We were on the top floor in room 3007 which had a connecting door with the next room. Not something we needed as it was just the two of us but it would've been great if we were with the teenage kids. The location was also great. Close to St Mark’s but tucked away enough to have a quieter atmosphere. It was really quiet at night… we slept well. "
