The room I got was smaller and of course I booked a regular room and not a suite, but it was clean, had a window where I can view and wave at people crossing the small bridge, and a small canal with gondola’s passing thru, and a restaurant across. The noise was minimal during the day, and quiet at night. "Best hotel in Venice!! Walking distance from San Marco with lots of dinning options. The ferries are walking distance from the hotel and a very quiet street. The room was very clean and spacious. They also had a great breakfast. Would highly recommend to anyone! "

"The property is in an excellent location, just behind the piazza and easily accessible from the boat bus. It’s nestled in one of those charming Italian narrow alleyways, surrounded by bars, restaurants, and plenty of places to explore. "Staff was amazingly kind. After traveling through US I expect a mediocre service environment. These people were so kind, over the top helpful. The property is a converted third generation home and exquisite. Breakfast was not what we expected. It was lacking nothing including fresh everything and cappuccino made for us. "
