"A bit hard to find as Google maps are a bit off due to nartow steets and dead ends. Close enough to the dock, pharmacy, grocery store and many restaurants."

"Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about. Staff were very friendly, told us the history of the hotel, and made our stay very pleasant. Had breakfast at the hotel and the staff were amazing. They also brought us coffee to the fourth floor while we enjoyed the patio, sunrise, and watching the beautiful view of Venice. I’ll stay here again when I visit Venice next time and I highly recommend anyone who’s looking for a perfect stay."

"Amazing hotel incredibly clean and well maintained, staff go above and beyond every day. the food was out of this world and service was perfect. you will pay handsomely for the privilege of staying at this property but once you realise that everything must be delivered by barge and removed by barge it is easy to see how the cost of maintaining this unique building comes at a cost. the staff are very skilled and attentive and will do just about anything to make your stay more enjoyable. if you...

"This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. "

"We stayed here after we had just had a 10 day cruise with my husband and his parents. They had a lot of bags and the location was perfect as we didn’t have to drag the bags very far! The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was good. The rooms were clean and the location was perfect for exploring Venice. Perfect!"

"The apartment was perfect for what we needed - great location a couple of minutes from Academia bridge, clean and nicely appointed. Whoever did the modernising was not a perfectionist in terms of finish! But everything worked well and we enjoyed it enormously. The support we got from administration before out trip was excellent and the staff at the sister Hotel Nani Mocenigo Palace were absolutely delightful, friendly and helpful."
