"Room was clean and the property is beautiful with some beautiful artworks. Staff was nice and pleasant. The older people working there are amazing, and the young can definitely learn from them. Simon was especially wonderful. When I checked in I was not told about the pool nor did I use it- I would have liked to take a peak at it for sure though! The hotel rooms are comfortable but they sorely need a coffee machine! A Nespresso would be ideal. I would visit and stay again. "

BAD - Horrible air conditioning, room never went below 20.5C. Breakfast was limited, with soggy wet scrambled eggs and gross coffee. $30 Euros for mixed alcohol drinks, ridiculous! "

The only small issue is if you take this room Make sure is the main hotel phone number handy in your invoice so you can get the card to go to your room. Expedia do not specify the contact well.. "Lovely room and a great breakfast with hot and cold options to suit everyone. We were on the top floor in room 3007 which had a connecting door with the next room. Not something we needed as it was just the two of us but it would've been great if we were with the teenage kids. The location was also great. Close to St Mark’s but tucked away enough to have a quieter atmosphere. It was really quiet at night… we slept well. "
