"This travelers haven is by far one of the best we've stayed at. It's new and modern with every amenity you could ask for. Our included breakfast in our room was fabulous and we felt like royalty. "Overall, this property worked great for our family for the two nights we stayed in Venice. We have two teenage boys so we needed two rooms. The staff was able to accommodate our request for two rooms next to each other so our kids were close to us. Even before our stay, the staff were extremely helpful. "We originally chose to stay in an apartment that was located several minutes away from the actual hotel that we checked into. We had 4 large pieces of luggage and 4 backpack type items to carry through the streets of Venice which was not ideal. So we elected to change and stay at the hotel. The hotel staff were accommodating with the change and put us up in two separate hotel rooms. They were comfortable, with comfortable beds and a very small bathroom but which served it's purpose well. ...

"Hotel was great. I think though that I might have been shilled by the VERY early morning night manager. I told him that I had used several mini bar items and he advised that he couldn't take the charge on a CC but would have to pay cash. It was only about $35 USD but then I saw a $35 charge on my CC in addition to my room charges ($3000). I'd stay there again in a heart beat but I would NOT trust a night manager again..."
