"An oasis in Old San Juan. The hotel is immaculately clean, staff is welcoming and helpful, and the place is serene and quiet. The place is pleasantly appointed and the decor is streamlined and soothing to the eye. Old San Juan has become crowded and can be very loud, so a hotel like this is a most welcome respite. I enjoyed my perch with a balcony --great place to have morning coffee and to chill in the early evening watching the sky turn pink as the sun sets. I will return."

"Clean room, but note if you’re staying in a regular queen size room there are no closets or dressers to put your stuff away. The bathroom was beautiful! The staff was great!"

"The bed was comfortable and the location was superb, which made the stay enjoyable overall. However, there was a major inconvenience when the water was out for a few hours and the property didn’t have a water cistern or backup system. Since we only stayed one night, we had to wait until the next morning to shower, which was frustrating. For the price we paid, having a water backup system is something I would definitely expect"

"Excellent location in the heart of historic Old San Juan. Rooftop terrace provided breaks from sightseeing while still allowing us to take in the vibe. Wedding procession and dance in the street below was a bonus! "

"Nice pool deck and bar. Good food and drinks at both the pool bar and restaurant. Restaurant could do with more vegetarian options, all thy had was pizza or salad and the pizza oven was not working while we were there. Rooms are a little dark and quite small. "

"Great location with excellent amenities and layout. The gym and the pool were absolute favorites. The breakfast bar which transitioned to a cocktail bar was also a nice treat! Housekeeping was friendly and easily accessible."

"The room is spacious and nice. There were 3 of us and the sleeper couch was not comfortable at all. The water takes a while to warm up so the shower was a little on the chilly side. The jacuzzi was dirty and didn't use which was a disappointment. The shuttle was out of service. The Lyft was reasonable $5 to $10 for 3 of us to get to Old San Juan and the cruise port. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They let us keep our luggage there after check out. They were there late for check...
