"Wonderful staff, clean, comfy beds, gorgeous garden rooftop. AC, walkable to all shops restaurants, beaches. 24hr large grocery 1 block. A water main in the next street blew when we were there which affected hot water-nothing hotels could do. Our stay was very comfortable and beat warm, friendly customer service!"

"I read the previous reviews, which are Quite varied, but if you need a hotel near SJU, this is absolutely perfect. The parking was secure, the staff was super friendly, the room I had was on the 5th floor and it was perfectly fine for what we needed - a place to crash after an extremely late arrival. It's Holiday Inn quality, not the Waldorf, so set your expectations properly. The price was more than fair."

"Great location, helpful management, and most importantly a nice clean unit. Air conditioning was appreciated and the microwave and mini fridge were very useful for all the great leftovers of food from the local restaurants, of which there are plenty and always bussling with customers and great energy; Pinkys Cafe and Bebos Cafe are a mist visit along with Chinchos BBQ for some carne & queso empanadillas or rice & pernil. Main Pros: - Location: 5 minute walk to the beach and very little noise...

"The pictures are not representative of the rooms, no windows, no sunlight, the bathroom was in bad condition. I consider that the prince doesn’t match the room. "

"Had issues with the TV (not linked with the internet) & wanted me to go through settings and try to hook it up, eventually received new TV but took 2 days! The next day, came in from the beach to find the roof was leaking through the ceiling light. I tried to call the grounds but they shut their phone off and I had to go through Expedia to get any help. They were ignoring my text and phone calls. Eventually, when Expedia got in touch with them, the contacted me and moved me to another unit."

"We stayed here a few nights before a cruise. The suite was one of the underground rooms, but was well lit and the lamp in the bedroom made for a pleasant wall texture. It also made it quiet for a place in the middle of the city. The hot tub was excellent. The concierge was friendly and helpful. The location was good for food and grocery options, and walking distance. the art museum. "

"Lovely hotel! Front desk staff is super helpful and accommodating, the rooms are super spacious (tall ceilings, separate rooms for the toilet/shower), surrounding area is quiet and well maintained with a park across the street. Super lowkey stay with great facilities, would stay again! "
