Nice pet gift box if you book through the Choice Hotel App. There was construction in the building across from us, but it did not disrupt our stay. I could not open the patio sliding door in room 212. There was a lock on the top of the sliding door that could not be removed. The AC did not work in our room, but thankfully they provided a box fan which helped. ...

"There only seems to be one person responsible to get the morning breakfast buffet in order. Way to much work for one person. Tables were not wiped clean at breakfast time. Perhaps Marriott isn't allowing enough time for breakfast staff member. In the afternoon and evenings, I had to ask desk staff to fill coffee urns and they actually ran out of coffee creamers. That should never happen. "

"Went to unlock my room and it wouldn’t open, until two tweakers released the deadbolt and opened the door claiming “the hotel double booked the rooms” before leaving. Not sure how but two people broke into my room before I was able to check into it."
