"We felt welcomed by the staff as soon as we arrived at the hotel and they answered all our questions and offered helpful suggestions for our stay.
The hotel is located near many popular places, including the Rialto Bridge a few blocks away— we found the location ideal for our exploration of Venice. Of social note, the hotel Is only a couple of short blocks from one of the stops for the river bus.
The breakfast buffet was also excellent and gave us a good start on each day we were there. It...

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Casa W. After a long walk through Venice with our luggage, the cool, fresh-smelling hotel and warm welcome from the staff were exactly what we needed. The room was spacious and comfortable for our family of four, with great air conditioning and a beautiful canal view. The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"The room was nice and the bed was comfy. It was a smaller room but that’s what you’d expect in Venice.
The location was amazing. There’s a restaurant and bar/cafe right outside and both were fantastic. For the restaurant- get the seafood spaghetti if you really want to taste Venice.
The staff were great and very welcoming.
One tip - bring Euro in cash to pay the city tax.
Overall a great stay and we loved our time in Venice!"

"a hidden gem. so close and easy walk to and from the train station. i appreciated the host accommodating our late check in due to airport stopping. laura and mossimo were extremely nice! my kids loved it as well. we had the bottom floor room and we did hear all the walking/talking/suitcase rolling BUT didn’t bother us since we were so tired from traveling. venice is walkable! so even with a family of 4 we walked!"

"We enjoyed our stay here very much. The penthouse was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We were centrally located and literally minutes to all the attractions but just far enough away to avoid the noise. No need for a water transit pass.
We would have given five stars, but the number of steps to ascend to our room was just a little more than we wanted.
The owner/staff were wonderful, and we would definitely stay again and recommend to others."

"Cute stay, but the air conditioning didn't work, and it was over 90 degrees Fahrenheit every day. Lucky to get a lower unit otherwise, lots of stairs with luggage, as there is no elevator. No laundry services available. Tricky to find the location, and they wouldn't give us a code until we were standing in front of the door. "The best things about the apartments are firstly, the incredible service from Andrea and her team. They could not be more helpful and friendly- they really make your stay special. Secondly, the location is absolutely perfect. Having never been to Venice before, we really lucked out booking this place. Being so close to Rialto bridge so you can access other parts of Venice, with a Vaporetta stop on your doorstep, and yet it felt quiet and peaceful as well. The apartment was very well equipped....
