It was a nightmare registering in because there is no one there to admit you to the hotel. There is no phone number even on the website. We arrived at the entrance, unlit, during the night. You see, I got an email from the hotel confirming our stay written in the email headline. So, I never bothered to read the email. It was a mistake but this is a natural response. So we did NOT know our access code. Only because someone else living there let us in did we get into the lobby. And the self-check in apparatus is difficult to use and verifying whom we were was impossible the way it was set up.Only bc there was a phone number were we, after 90 minutes, able to enter our room. No instructions on how to get out of the room either due to the electronic lock. We had to call again. Took 15 minutes to do this! We are not idiots either. I am a computer programmer. There simply are no instructions.

2月に5日間宿泊しました。 近くにイオンがあり、必要なものは問題なく購入できます。 部屋は広く清潔。お風呂に乾燥もあり服をたくさん持って行かなくても良かったかも。 備え付けのティッシュや洗濯洗剤が当日中に無くなり、補充依頼の方法が分からず買い足しましたがとても快適に過ごせました。 暖房(冬はエアコン)や電気ポットなど、同時にたくさんの電気を使用するとブレーカーが落ちるので気をつけて使用した方が良い。 また機会があれば利用したいです。

房間很大，獨立的小廚房，有洗衣機，微波爐，電磁爐跟冰箱，還算乾淨整潔。冷氣聲音比較大，附近有便利商店。距離千歲車站大概800公尺，如果有行李可以搭乘巴士。門口有停車位，飯店方會做一些詢問。 接下來來講入住手續。訂房後會收到飯店的信件，裡面會有兩個連結，一個是預辦入住，另一個是大門密碼。一定要在入住前72小時就先預辦入住（precheck-in)，上傳住宿者護照跟填寫資料，完成後會有QR code跟一組住宿號碼。建議出國前就先預辦入住。 大門密碼的使用是先按呼叫再按密碼，跟我們平常使用的習慣不同。經入後會有來台平板，直接按入住，掃QR code或是輸入住宿號碼，輸入完成後就會有工作人員視訊，用英文做簡單的詢問，聲音有點小，要靠近一點聽，如果有先預辦入住，不太會有問題，最後他們會提供房號跟密碼，一定要用手機拍下，不然很容易忘記密碼。房間為密碼電子鎖，輸入密碼數字後要按米字鍵，房門就會開起。 整體而言入住時的check-in比較不習慣，價錢跟房間環境還不錯，對於在日本週末飯店住宿費用超高以及白天都在外面觀光的狀況下，是一個不錯的選擇

家族５人で５泊しましたが、滞在中はとても快適でした。コンビニも徒歩１分くらいにあり、繁華街も近いので、外食も不自由しませんでした。ただ、チェックインの時のモニター端末の音量が小さく、係の人の声がほとんど聞こえない感じになってました。また、２つの端末のうち、1つは壊れていて、使用不能のため、かなり時間を要してストレスでした。エアコンの一つがほぼ送風のみで１６度に設定しても冷えませんでした。直したほうがいいと思います。

部屋のパスキーは教えていただいていましたが、ロビーのロックキーが共有いただいてなかったため、入れませんでした。 偶然、宿泊者の人が開けて入れてくれましたので良かったのですが、ロビーのパスキーも合わせて事前に共有いただきたかったです。 電話対応はすごく親切で、助かりました。
