"The manager, Jessica, was rude and dismissive when I called regarding an extended checkout request. Prior to speaking with her, one of the staff members Tasheika was also rude and abruptly hung up on me. When I called back to address the situation, the staff member falsely claimed that I had hung up on her instead. "This is our favorite place to stay in Orlando for the pools, nice rooms and location. Front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. Easy access to Sea World, Wawa, and good restaurants. We were grateful for late checkout and the extra hour of pool time. Bar food and housekeeping were worse than usual this time. "

"The hotel was being renovated and we stayed in the 6th floor and the room was recently renovated. The room we had was great, we loved how modern, clean and comfortable the room was. Definitely recommend staying there. And walking distance the The Pointe center with lots of things to do and eat"

"We had a great stay with two little kids. Outdoor pool was amazing with options to eat and drink. Lobby coffee shop was very convenient to grab coffee and a quick bite."
