I asked for the clerk to change it since there was a jug laying next to it but she said to go into the cafe and ask for water. The guy said well our water doesn’t taste as good. "This is a very nice listing and we would stay again. We did run into issues with directions to the property- maybe because we booked third party. Check in instructions could have been clearer and there could be more kitchen utensils like tongs, a spatula, a colander, etc. I did attempt to contact the property a couple of times over the messenger service, but did not receive a response to either message."

"Bad customer service from the higher ups, they downgraded us after finding out there is a leak in our room going to the room beneath, and they still wanted to charge me more than the full price I would’ve payed for that new room if I had booked it a month ago. Once I said I didn’t want to pay full price, they started threatening me and my partner that our things would be thrown out if we don’t pay and that we would have to vacate.
