"Stayed in a deluxe room for 2 nights .. check in was easy and friendly enough. Allowed early check in which was great. Was a bit disappointed with room. Although very clean the decor was very bland, the view from the window of a dead bird on the netting was not great. The website gave an impression of amazing accommodation was misleading I felt."

"Perfect location especially if you like to walk to great restaurants off Baker St. The staff is extremely helpful and the rooms have the most comfortable beds. My only disappointment is they are fully booked when we come back to London later this month. This is an amazing hotel!"

"Great location, small compact hotel, but clean and reasonable size room for London. Only 5 mins walk to Paddington Station which is a perfect location for all journey routes. Hotel Housekeeping was great, coffee/tea machine & chilled water available 24/7 in the reception area (very welcoming for the hot weather we experienced). Breakfast was continental buffet but we got lots for what we needed. Good service & friendly staff. Request a front facing room if possible. Would have no hesitation in...

"World class hotel in centre of London which won’t break the bank - very competitively priced. The recent negative review of the hotel on YouTube travel channel is unrecognisable to me TBH. I love the attentive staff there - particularly the doormen - great job guys!"

"Gorgeous reception upon arrival by Alex, lovely room, aircon in this heatwave was very much appreciated and room was super cool on arrival. We were getting married the following day, so the hotel staff had left a bottle of prosecco in our room to enjoy! Room was gorgeous, bed and bedding comfy to sleep in, black out curtains. Breakfast room was lovely, as was the spread of options."

"Property is very nice, well maintained. Staff was helpful throughout my stay, front desk staff got me in my room early at check-in. Club Lounge was well staffed and stocked; food was good and plentiful. This was my second time to stay here and I look forward to returning."

"We had a lovely overnight stay here. Although the decor in the rooms was a bit outdated, they were clean , air con worked and had a good night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was like a small charge on check out which hadn’t previously been advised, but overall 4/5."

Floor 1 room 105 was a fab room bit small and not a lot of room to manoeuvre about the side of the bed but bed was comfy. I was offered Turkish delight on arrival (my favourite) the toiletries in the room were gorgeous but I forgot to take a bit of they were so if someone could let me know I’d be grateful.
