"This is my first poor review for a hotel experience unfortunately. Not only was there a hidden fee hold of 200 additonal dollars, which Expedia and the Hotel's home website both stated it was a 50 dollar hold, but from the start my king suite had many issues, such as a very smelly garbage disposal, broken alarm clock, children's handprints smeared all over the bedroom window, and pen marks on the kitchen countertops. Also, the cold water side of the bathroom sink did not work/wouldn't turn on, and the shower would not get hot in the morning to start my day. Hotel staff did not offer to do anything to compensate, other than thank me for letting them know. From a professional perspective, this does not create a space a guest wants to return to in the future, which I would have considered otherwise had it been handled appropriately."

"I had an excellent experience. Both the staff and the other visitors were very kind. Everything was spotlessly clean, and at all times, they offered to help me if I needed it. I felt very welcomed and comfortable throughout my visit."

"Parking lot very clean with ample parking spaces. Property is very old and run down. Hallway carpeting smells musty and of old cigarettes. Good size bathroom, very clean. Appropriate toiletries provided. Bathroom towels very thin and low quality. Beds and pillows very lumpy. Breakfast layout is pathetic. On a positive note, staff members from all shifts were extremely pleasant. Per front desk staff, hotel does not have an elevator, so we stayed on the first floor. Owners need to invest more in the property upkeep and maintenance, if they want repeat customers."

"Myself and sister took a quick trip for our birthday stayed at this beautiful townhouse it was extremely clean. The host was extremely helpful and responsive to all our needs she will answer your call no matter the time, if you need even a simple answer about great places to dine or explore she'll be right there to help you along. We loved this place it was clean had more then we needed she even left us a gift for our birthday I'd definitely be here on my next getaway. Thanks for allowing us to spend time in you're beautiful home away from home."
