Good location, nice reception, rooms need a refurbishment. Towel rail not working. Room was cold . I believe the house control the heating and didn't have it switched on to cut costs. Summer stay would be ok.

Staff were very helpful and efficient. Lovely bar to sit and relax in, hotel is in a great location in the city for restaurants.

Novotel Sheffield Centre
Breakfast was excellent, free fir children up to 14 years old with 1 paying adult - great deal. Staff very helpful, excellent location at the city center and 300yards from train station. Will be back. Thanks for your hard work guys.

The air con showed error message we were freezing all night ended up leaving before 8 we were that cold a shame because was a nice stay clean too
