"The Russell was one of the best stays I’ve had in a long time. This hotel was very thoughtful in every aspect. This is a hotel without front desk concierge but you could not even tell. "The room had a clothing steamer but no hair dryer. I thought that was a little weird. The location was great for us. It was a short drive to the Opry and just a hop over the river to Broadway and other attractions."

"We recently stayed in the Hideaway, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our visit. The entire property is gorgeous. The staff is courteous, and the breakfast is amazing! The history of the home and allure is second to none. The grounds were beautifully manicured and you are close to several restaurants. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone. The only drawback is that the mansion resides very close to a busy intersection and with that comes some noise. "

"Elevator 1 was out of order, and the buttons in the 3rd on won't work middle elevator was a longer wait do to everyone having to use it. had to argue with room service they said they were serving however it was 11:30 on Saturday night, with in service hours."
