"When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk attendant was sleeping in the back office. We knocked on the office door, the front desk and yelling hello is anyone here? This went on for at least 20 minutes. He finally responded from the back office. He said he’d be with us but fell back asleep. He gave us attitude, terrible service and we had to assist him in checking us in he was using the credit card machine as a mouse to control the computer. I began to videotape our interaction. I have 15 minutes of ridiculousness recorded. After given our hotel keys, we were even more disappointed to see how terrible the room was there even was a toilet plunger because the toilet did not flush. The couch was stained. The knobs were missing from the air conditioner/heater unit. The towels were dingy we checked in at 4 AM after our plane delays and we were out by 10 AM. We spoke to the manager she was aware of the incident. She viewed it on her cameras and said she would be checking us out and refunding us the money, but we were still charged the full amount. I took pictures of the hotel room and I have video of the check-in experience. "

"I wasn’t even there 15 minutes after checking in put my stuff in the room went to use the restroom and the toilet didn’t flush so it never got fix was told it might be the water system but other people was there and without the problem so I was offer another room but instead I declined and decided to go back home but because of the timing I was refunded my full amount!"
