Hotel murah di Shell Rock

"I absolutely love this hotel bc my daughter loves the pool and it’s very affordable. They are dog friendly (I have a service dog but I like it’s dog friendly) in general. The staff is very nice and the only downfall is the restaurant that’s in there as you walk in doesn’t have a kids menu and their food isn’t great and it’s expensive! But the ice cream shakes are good…but that’s my only compliment on that particular place to eat. "

"We have stayed here often and were concerned because it had kind of went downhill and were thinking about changing where we stay. But they have changed management and appears they are trying to make things better. They were putting in new mattresses when we were there - we got a room with a new one, very nice! Also the breakfast was very good and they stayed on top of keeping things cleaned up. And one thing that hasn't changed, staff was excellent as usual, very friendly and helpful. Also...

"The staff was not helpful. There was one guy who was helpful but not overly friendly. They were more worried about who quit and gossiping in front of customers versus making sure the free breakfast was stocked. The overall Custer service was a major disappointment. If it weren’t for that it would have been a nice stay. Great location in Waverly and lots of things to do within walking distance. Easy parking."

"We booked a room with a queen and pull out bed. They sent us to a room with only a bed. Had to put my family in two separate rooms because they overbooked. Then I stepped on a piece of glass in our room and had to dig it out. So could have been better.."

"This hotel was perfect for 2 of us that came to town for an event at UNI (3 minute drive/20 minute walk for reference). The price was right, the exterior is nice & well kept, and the interior was consistent with that. Overall very clean, pleasant staff including the housekeepers we met in the elevator. Another review mentioned noise from the highway, but we did not find this to be a problem. (We were on the highway side too). Water pressure in the shower is great, there were plenty of towels...

"The property was in the Downtown which we needed. The area is typical downtown with the benefits of small really good eating places. The hotel caters to middle class people and has a great vibe. For the price it was a warm and friendly place with everything we needed."

"The bed was terrible. Felt like we were sleeping on wood. It made lots of noise with the slightest movement you made. The pool and fire pit areas were great. Would not choose to stay here again though due to the very uncomfortable bed. "
