"The rooms are always cozy and quiet, as well as the bathrooms are AMAZING here. I love the japanese style washroom as well as the beds are comfy. Only complaint is they are a little low to the ground, but the only person who had a problem with that was my parents. Other than that this property is so beautiful and quiet and low key, my favorite place to stay thank you all in Kyoto!!"

"I had a lovely stay in one of the double rooms which is very spacious for Japanese hotels. I loved the the design of the room as well as its amenities - especially the en-suite bathroom! It’s located in a quite side street and the downstairs gyoza restaurant was outstanding! Would highly recommend staying at hotel inc when in Tokyo! "

"This hotel was amazing for me and my Fiance. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the front desk staff. They walked us over to the lobby area and gave us tea while they checked us in and took my payment information. Once that was settled we were excited to know they offered sake and snacks every day until 7PM and coffee/italian soda until 11PM. This saved us so much on spending money for drinks.
They also had a drawer of amenities including toothbrushes, razors, comb, lotion and more. We had our luggage forwarded to the hotel and it was waiting for us in our room. The hotel has 5 floors. We got a room in the 2nd floor and were given 2209. It was directly behind the elevator but did not bother us as you can’t hear anything just the occasional draft wind noise it makes when it’s going up.
The room was spacious. I got the signature twin and it was more than enough space for 2 people.
I really loved the living space area. It had a full futon perfect for resting after a long day of exploring. The beds were really comfortable not too firm or soft. The bathroom was separate from the shower/sink area. The sink counter had 2 separate sinks perfect for a couple. Plenty of counter space. The washer/dryer in the room was also really easy to use and so convenient. Overall this place was great and perfect for our 6 night stay. The Karasuma line is super close by which is perfect for exploring the city. Also there is a 7-11 down the street. Don’t hesitate to book a room!!!"
"We enjoyed our stay at MGH. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel’s amenities and ambiance were excellent. We had a very comfortable five-night stay. We would definitely stay at MGH again."
