"Stay was very nice although really disliked that dogs were allowed in the property. When we arrived there was a dog doing its business at the entrance to the reception, there was a dog in the dining area when we were having breakfast one morning and we could here a dog barking constantly from a room down the hall. It is not ideal and unhygienic. Also the rooms were extremely warm! Staff friendly and breakfast was lovely."

"This was the second time to visit The Blue Boar. They had a problem beyond their control in that the boiler broke so we had three dsys with no hot water . The rest of our stay was great . Steve front of house manager was great and keeps things running like clockwork. Lucas the barman is an asset to the establishment what an absolutely nice person . "A really good base to explore Leamington and catch up with family nearby. Staff were extremely helpful, allowing us to check in early; breakfast was amazing and freshly cooked to order; beds comfy; parking an absolute bonus (but car park fills up quickly). No restaurant but thete are so many within easy walking distance, tjis wasn't a problem at all. The bar looked good but we didn't try it. We will stay here again. Thank you."
