"Our stay at Olivia Oceanfront Tulum was absolutely incredible! We traveled with a group of friends, and it was the perfect place for an unforgettable Tulum getaway. The beautiful setting, relaxing atmosphere, and amazing amenities made our stay even more special. The Guest Experience team was amazing and helped us throughout our stay with great recommendations for restaurants, activities, and places to explore. The check-in process was quick and easy, and our room was clean, comfortable, and...

"Det var en opplevelse å bo i Punta Allen. Stedet er drevet av David og Angelica som hjalp også med alt. David organiserte også en heldagstur i naturreservatet med båt (han er kaptein), som er et must når en er her."

"I loved my stay and the room I was in! Literally ocean front room. I was very happy with everything. Thank you so much!!!"

"Exceptional. Reflects on how a hotel suite should be. Beautiful grounds. Restaurant on-site, food was superb and staff were beyond genuine. Highly recommend. We spent two nights there after spending three at a hotel at the beach. It’s telling that every detail was well curated to reflect a very distinctive experience. Hopefully, we make it back."

"An Exceptional Stay – Outstanding Service in Every Way! My wife and I recently spent two wonderful weeks at this hotel, and our experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was outstanding. One of the highlights of our stay was being upgraded for the entire two weeks to the Rooftop Pool Master Suite. This wonderful gesture made our holiday even more special, and we truly appreciated the hotel's generosity and attention to our comfort....

"Hermosa propiedad, habitación acogedora y con un staff excelente! Ubicación céntrica a los mejores restaurantes!"

"David was amazing!! Property is so cute and in the best area, 10/10 recommend!!"

"Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences my wife and I have ever had. Given the property’s four-star rating, we expected a comfortable stay with basic amenities functioning properly. That was far from our experience. The room struggled to stay cool despite the air conditioning running, and multiple power outages throughout the night made the heat even worse. There were also numerous insects and mosquitoes in the room. When we expressed our concerns, staff assured us the insects...

"Had a really good time at this property …it’s exactly what it was in the pictures and the host was very kind and communicative, pool was also very well maintained! Very enjoyable experience"

"Beautiful location, beach and property, but on arrival received attitude from the reception lady and unfortunately every single time it got worse. It's obvious she does not like her job and it's unfortunate to deal with such personality everyday when she is the first person to go for anything you need. Servers were so sweet and helpful. The rooms were so clean and well maintained but I wish I could tell the same for public beach washrooms they were SO dirty(when the managers showed up at the...

"This hotel is gorgeous! The beach & view were stunning & lots going on in the area. Our room couldn’t have been better. I have stayed all over the world & have never had a friendlier or more accommodating staff. They went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. They even helped us with transportation & outside excursions. Luis at the front desk was especially helpful & always had a smile! The food was great too.. breakfast, dinner, margaritas… everything! I can’t say enough...

"The pool was great as were the staff."

"En general esta muy bonito el hotel, el acceso puede ser algo complicado pero creo y hay manera de llegar por calle pavimentada, el personal la señorita de la recepción del hotel muy atentos y amables en todo momento. Me encantaría este lugar con el roof y un bonito restaurante para ver el atardecer Si reservaría para hospedarme en esta propiedad nuevamente."

"Lovely staff and our sea view room had an excellent view! "

"Now THIS is a special property. We’ve now stayed in 6 of the Tulum Beach road hotels and this is our absolute favourite. This is an incredibly intimate small boutique hotel with amazing design and attention to detail, absolutely incredible food and the most wonderful team of staff. We were blown away by the service from start to finish. Whilst we stayed at Xela, they arranged for dinner at Nu, private dining on their rooftop to watch the sunset, we got to rescue baby sea turtles and return them...
