This was an amazing experience for two honeymooners. When we got there, we were met with very attentive and friendly staff helped us settle in. The place was very well maintained and our room was so lovely. The complementary breakfast allowed for 4 total plates and 4 drinks which served as a big brunch that could hold us over until dinner. The room service was thorough and brought free sodas and snacks. I have no complaints about the beach Tulum and I hope to come back someday in the future. They made us feel so special and we felt at home despite having never had done anything like this. Thank you the beach Tulum!

Such a beautiful hotel! Stayed on the beach with the private pool and it was amazing! The private sunbed was incredible too! The pools were beautiful and perfect location. Absolutely coming back!

This is the best place I’ve stayed in Tulum. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the front staff/concierge were very accommodating. The room was clean and very comfy. The beach bag and flip-flops were used many times and so thankful for the special treat. Another huge plus plus is your supplied with treats and snacks for free!

Hotel is centrally located from everything. Food at Ziggys was the best around. I highly recommend this hotel. The cleanliness, the service and area majes this hotel a 10 for 10 for me.

Our stay at The Beach Tulum was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcomed with their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality. Every restaurant on the property served amazing food with great variety and quality. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The views were absolutely breathtaking. Easily one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had, and we cannot wait to come back.

The Whole Package! My husband and I have been to many high end resorts but this was our first experience with a boutique hotel. It has undoubtedly been the best service and accommodations we’ve ever experienced. The grounds are impeccable and the staff is exceptional. We stayed in a beach front junior suite. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. There was a jacuzzi tub in the room with a walk-in shower. We had private access to the pool that extended the length of the hotel. On the ocean front porch, there were chairs, table, hammock and our own heatable plunge pool. The short path to the beach led us to our own beach lounger bed (no need to get to the beach early to grab a spot!). The back was well groomed and the water was divine. Although Tulum was struck with a severe sargasm this year, there was no sign of it on the beach other than a brown tinge to the water. Two days before we left, the water became crystal clear, The food was excellent. The spa was brilliant with typical services and special Mayan treatments that were amazing. Kareme and Mildred are incredible therapists! We can’t thank them enough for how they made us feel. The hospitality staff, Nancy, Aldo, David and Jusemi treated us like friends and we will never forget them! We loved the quiet atmosphere. We will be back!

Excellent in every way. Service and staff were helpful without being intrusive. The hotel itself was gorgeous l and a nice sleepy quiet escape from the bustle of tulum. Spa and gym were fantastic. The beachfront room and patio with a hammock were otherworldly. We will be back!

We cannot say enough great things about this property. The staff is without doubt the best we have ever experienced. Everyone was kind, attentive, engaged.. the list goes on and on. The property itself is immaculate! Beautifully maintained and in a great location. The complimentary breakfast at the 2 restaurants was superb! (That added to the value of this amazing place!) We loved the yoga class in the morning. And the facial at the spa was 100% relaxing. If you are looking to unplug, relax and be treated like royalty, this is your place.
