"Stayed 3 nights for my birthday and this was by far the best customer service experience I’ve had while traveling. Rooms were clean, hotel staff were very attentive to our needs. My husband got sick in the middle of the night, needed a quick linen change and they were right on it. They gave us a courtesy call in the morning to check in to make sure he was ok and find out if he wanted to see the onsite doctor. "Always easy to point out the negatives, but they are limited. Often out of pool towels, the ultra all inclusive has some odd exclusions. Just charge a bit more and include everything. Could use pool or beach attendants to avoid people reserving chairs. Cheapens the experience. Invest in big ice cubes for evening cocktails That said, the staff are great. Resort is beautiful.
