Resor di Quintana Roo

"Lived up to the hype! Definitely worth. As soon as we stepped out of the car, we were greeted and escorted into their lobby. Whole staff were so friendly and accommodating the whole stay. I enjoyed saying good morning to the staff everyday. The hotel is quite expansive so def familiarize yourself with the layout to minimize the walking. Food options were extensive. Our room was cleaned daily and towels refreshed along with the mini bar restocked with soda, water & chips. We truly enjoyed our stay. It's been a long time since we had a hotel or resort...
