We got an upgraded room for our honeymoon which was amazing! Staff was so helpful and sweet, we definitely enjoyed our stay. Jorge was one of our servers and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time along with all the other staff we encountered. Their food was also 10/10 as well as the amenities. Definitely would come back and recommend this hotel to everyone!

My stay at Sana was excellent. Special thanks to Joss, Saul and Renato, the concierge personnel who ensured every moment of my stay was worry-free. Also, Andres and Phillipe, who ensured every meal was well-paced with impeccably attentive service. The rooms were gorgeous and well-appointed with every amenity you’d need. And everything I ate at Sana was delicious. My personal favorites were the shakshuka served at breakfast, the short rib tacos at lunch, catch of the day for dinner, and the amazing house made focaccia and decadent guacamole for a beachside snack. Many visitors to Tulum have commented on the sargassum build up which does effectively limit the ability to swim in the ocean, but even before check-in Sana concierge staff sent me a curated list of activities to take part in all around Tulum. The list included top rated restaurants and gorgeous cenotes, which they also arranged transport to. I think this ended up being a blessing in disguise because I likely wouldn’t have explored those local gems otherwise. Overall great for couples/groups and especially safe for solo travelers. Thank you to the entire Sana team for a wonderful stay in Tulum!

more than expected, location is top , custumer service by far one of the best I ever experienced Cleaning bed and fix , twice aday. thanks for my birthday presents 2 days in arrow. We come as 20 people group. we will definitely coming back. we met the owners on the beach , they were very accommodating and generous, thanks guys 🙏🙏🙏 Our Friday dinner at the pool area was beautiful set up and amazing taste. Great hotel with nice and helpful staff right on the beach. Our room with a balcony facing the beach was amazing to chill out in and listening to the waves at night. You got some dining and shopping options close by but we preferred heading to Tulum town on most nights - more authentic with excellent food at much lower prices. We had a car which made it easy to get to Tulum town, using taxis etc. might be a bit more of a stretch on your time and budget. Anyway, the hotel and its staff are a five star, perfect spot to be for a couple of days on the beach.

My husband and I celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary at Sana Tulum Hotel. We've traveled quite a bit together and it's all in the details for us. We had valet service throughout our stay, complimentary welcome drinks, our room was serviced twice a day, the check-in and out process was pleasant including the chilled hand towels they offer (scented with rosemary and eucalyptus essential oils) to freshen up throughout the day. The food and service was consistently outstanding. A huge thank you to Jaime (Valet), Joss (Check-In/Concierge), Sonia (Manager), Jaime (Waiter) Renato (Check-In/Concierge) and all other hotel staff especially those in the kitchen. Not one detail is spared on this property, however, the most understated thing Sana Hotel offers is the presentation and delicious flavor of their complimentary breakfast. The breakfast and pizza alone made our trip worth it and even that is an understatement. This hotel sets the bar for customer service, esthetic, and delicious food. We even took anniversary photos on property based upon the advice of our photographer @vicente_vega. Throughout our stay we felt like the most important guests on property and that's not easy to accomplish. We genuinely felt like family by the end of our vacation. Needless to say, we will definitely be returning.

We spent a week at Sana Boutique Hotel in Tulum for our honeymoon and had a really lovely time. The hotel is right by the beach, with that beautiful blue water just a few steps away. The bed was comfy, the team was kind and welcoming, and the whole place had a relaxed, warm vibe. We’d happily come back.
