"The rooms are always very clean and if I ever have any issues I can just reach out to the front desk and they will take care of it asap. I also appreciate how the front desk makes sure that everything is in top shape at the hotel I have no complaints whatsoever."

"The hotel staff were very helpful with my pointing out the following problems. The room must have just been painted. Paint foot prints on the wooden floor. Paint on the bathroom tile floor, toilet paper holder, furniture and mirror. Front door needed weatherstripping as water would flow in and damage the wooden floor. There was 5 holes grouped together the size of a dime on the left side of the bed skirt. The right side had 2 parters. The bedspread had holes. The A/C wasn’t working...

"The breakfast was disappointing, especially the hot food selection. None of the cooked dishes had ingredient labels, making it difficult to know what they contained. There were also very few options for guests looking for vegan or halal food. Adding clear ingredient labels and offering a wider variety of dietary options would greatly improve the breakfast experience."

From the exact moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and informative.The property itself is huge and absolutely beautiful. It is exceptionally clean and fully loaded with every single amenity you could possibly imagine. We also needed to do some laundry during our stay, and the guest laundromat on-site was immaculate and worked perfectly."

"This is just truly ok. Not great, but not terrible. Certainly not worth the expensive price tag associated with it. It is clean though. The building and rooms are very dated. Minimal perks. Lobby ran out of coffee before 9:30 all three days I was there. Don’t recommend overall for the price."

"We did not use the airport shuttle but it definitely seemed useful. The room was clean, it was just very dark, our view was a wall, and the sheets and pillows were extremely thin. The air conditioning worked amazingly. Breakfast was delicious and it there were many options to choose from. The staff was also very friendly. Also, the check in and check out process was very fast and smooth. Would definitely return."

"The room was clean, showers hot, good water power in shower. Bed was comfortable. Quiet. Situated in a nice area and close to shops and restaurants. I traveled solo and felt very safe in the area. The breakfast was included and it was really nice. Several items to choose from. I will stay there again when I return."
