"I’ll start with positives. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and we liked that they changed the selection each day. The negatives, about an hour before we arrived with my elderly mother I received a text message informing me the only elevator was not working that day and would be fixed by the next day. We stayed three nights and it was still broken when we left. We had to climb four flights of stairs to get to and from our room. Things...

Only draw back I had was the sheets were a little bit stained and there was only one trash bin in the room and non in the bathroom. I would rebook at this inn in the future, the attendant at the front desk was also very nice. "

"I paid for my stay through Expedia and when I checked into the hotel they asked for my credit card for incidentals. When I got my Credit Card statement I saw that the hotel had also charged me for the stay. I called and spoke to a manager to get the double charge removed and he said he would have to call me back. I am still trying to get my refund 2 weeks later!"
