"The staff were friendly and very accommodating, which make it easier for my partner and I to have some flexibility in our travel plans. The room was very clean and perfect for us, since we did not need a large room. The surrounding area was safe and had lots of restaurants. Many attractions were walkable. The silver line and subway were next to the hotel. We would stay here again."

"We had no heat for the entire stay- it was below 20 on some nights and we were freezing. We messaged some agent over and over and they kept having us trying to troubleshoot. Then they said they sent a technician which they did not. I never got anyone on the phone to speak to. They just kept texting me. I thought I was texting a bot.

"It was a nice property overall, but I must point out a few items that might be of interest to others.
I was disappointed to learn that the actual property I would be staying in was 0.4 miles away, in a completely different building than the one whose charming facade was pictured in the advertisement.
It was on the 3rd floor with no elevator, which became tiresome during the 10 days I was there, especially if I had to return for something.

"We were very pleased with this hotel and the convenience to downtown Boston. The pool and fitness facility were really nice and received free bowls of New England Clam Chowder from the restaurant which was so good! They let us check in early which saved us with three small children needing to nap. We wish we would have stayed here longer. We would love to book here again during the Boston Marathon if the prices weren't so high for the 2027 Boston Marathon. "

"The hotel checkout was at 11am and our flight was 7:45 pm. The hotel allowed us to leave our baggage in a locked room in the lobby. That way we could continue to explore the city with the time we had left.
They also have a large lobby with many couches that we were able to relax on until it was time to leave for our flight.
This hotel was very comfortable, convenient and accommodating to every need."
