Cari Chalet di South Brooklyn

"The manager at The Lodge went above and beyond to sort out what could have been very stressful situation. He sorted out our double booking with Expedia (who hadn't informed us of the double booking). He arranged another hotel, a taxi and when we arrived back early the following morning (around 9am) to drop off our cases we were able to check in as they had a room available for us, which we were extremely grateful for. 5 stars to the manager and our massive thanks for sorting it out. "Staff was great and room was awesome."

"The hotel was clean and staff helpful. We would stay again if the price were right. I found that your rates fluctuate with the day. Don't care for that. Breakfast was adequate."

"We were extremely disappointed in our stay. The room was very rundown, the bed was uncomfortable, and the breakfast area was undersized for the size of the hotel. Perhaps the biggest disappointed was the fact that despite spending four nights at the hotel, the room was never touched by the housekeeping staff. We emptied our own garbage cans when they started to overflow and had to ask the main desk for fresh towels. Would not return to this location."

"ランドリー施設と、ミニキッチン（電子レンジが大活躍）が付いていたのが良かったです！"
