"The hotel was in the perfect location. The staff were extremely, welcoming, helpful and friendly. Our room was located to the back of the hotel, so although we didn’t have a view, it was quiet and extremely comfortable and clean. Comfy bed, lovely big bathroom, plenty of towels, hair dryer, shampoo, body wash and lotion. Good wardrobe space, safe, fridge and free WiFi. "It’s an old hotel. It’s decent, so I can’t expect much. But the staff are all friendly and welcoming. I don’t really eat breakfast because I overslept 😬😬 and I was only sleep for 2 nights. The last night of my stay, I wasn’t in the hotel (was partying all night) until I had to go back to pack and checked out 😅. "

"We really enjoyed this hotel, it was perfect for us! The breakfast was delicious, a lot of variety, including eggs, bacon, sausage. There was plenty of other items, including fruit, cereals and bagels. It does get crowded, but they let you know that when you check in and they keep the food well-stocked."

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
