"I've stayed here a lot and love it cos it's like Hogwarts. Location good. There's a lounge and coffee machine. Lockers are handy. The bed was comfy. The curtains were a little short at the bottom so you have less privacy, but some hostels don't have them at all, so I like that about this one. The room was clean and spacious. I got a good night's sleep.
The only issues were that there were two girls who were noisy in the morning from 8.30 and having long convos. They also had emptied their cases...

"⭐️amazing location
⭐️room was spotless and clean
⭐️extras that came with the room (hairdryer, iron, shampoo, etc) were all amazing.
⭐️shower is great!
❌it was hot weather, and the room was so
stuffy. the window only opens a crack. the portable fan alone is not enough to keep it cool."

"The hotel would be a great place to stay but had maintenance work (redoing the whole 11th floor ) so it was extremely noisy with drilling from 9 AM to 5 PM. Very disappointing.
Did have issues with the shower, but they did sort it out quickly."

"We had a lovely stay
Pros:
Helpful, friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Pillows galore upon request. Large room by London/European standards. Iron and hairdryer in room, soap and shampoo provided. Location, location, location! We were 20 min from each theatre we attended and easy walking distance from three Tube stations and a variety of bus stops. Lots of restaurants a block away and a Tesco Express for essentials.
Cons:
Water pressure was poor, common for my London experiences. Wish we'd had...

"The staff in this hotel are excellent, starting from the front door. Room is very comfortable but you might ask to avoid the ground-floor handicapped accessible room if you have paid for a Deluxe room because the bathroom is less than ideal (as it must be in an accessible room). Even though this was a disappointment, the staff were super-pleasant .
Excellent gym. All new Technogym equipment.
Restaurant is pretty good, although if you are used to the normal serving order in a Japanese...

"This is not a 5 Star hotel. Cleanliness not perfect. I was first placed in a room that smelled of cigarette smoke. I was moved after I called the front desk. Room was super noisy from 7 am till late night. Faces a street where restaurants, pubs and early morning delivery trucks are constant.
The crazy thing about this hotel is that I was “told” at checkout that there would be a charge of 80 GBP on my VISA. When I questioned it, I was told it represents 5% of my bill “for the staff”. After I...
