"Our room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. The drawers were unusable due to visible dust and hairs, and we had to clean the tables and nightstands ourselves. The bathroom was missing several towels, had no foot mat, and offered no body lotion or basic body care items, which was disappointing given the hotel’s price point. Throughout our stay, there was a persistent smell of cooking oil and food that permeated both the lobby and our room. The hotel attempts to mask this with a strong scent...

"Absolutely loved our stay here! It’s convenient to a lot of downtown spots, the staff was very professional and helped us get a room upgrade at a very reasonable charge, and the river view from our room was amazing. Definitely recommend staying here if you get the chance!"
