"The hotel was fine. However, upon check in we received a free “upgrade” to room 3516. Shortly after getting to the room I began to notice non- stop banging and thumping sounds next door, similar to cabinet doors being slammed in a neighboring room. Realized shortly that the room is adjacent to several elevator shafts. Too tired and too late in the evening we decided to just ride out the night. "The cleaning staff was not on top of their duties when it came to housekeeping. Our trash was overflowing and I called the desk in the morning to notify them but the housekeeping staff wanted to wait until check-out to come clean and empty trash. Also, there is no dish washing liquid in the kitchen."
