"This is a wonderful and hip hotel in a great part of Soho. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive. The location was amazing. The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room."

"I can't see how anyone can say anything negatively or indifferent about this hotel. I am a very picky traveler and appreciate great service and from the moment I checked in to the hotel, everything and everyone was spot on. The hotel is immaculate. The service was better than at any hotel I have experienced. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel. Look forward to staying again and thanks again to Ben who made my stay feel like I never left home. I appreciate you all!"

"Our air conditioner did not work, our room was very hot. The maintenance came to fix it at least 4 times, they ended up giving us a very loud Dyson floor standing unit to help cool the room, the day before we left it started to get better. No one seamed to care."
