"Our stay here went without a hitch. Kitchen was fully equipped, everything was clean and bed linen was nice and fresh. No complaints about the room at all as it was just as described. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear noises from outside in the corridor and across the rooms so just be aware incase you get some rowdy neighbours 😅"

"We were unable to check in until 45 minutes past the designated check-in time, which was disappointing after international travel but we dealt with it. The staff provided two rounds of drink vouchers to compensate for the inconvenience though neither of the two bars would accept them, even for a simple beer or champagne, which was a joke. "The staff member who was at reception was friendly and helpful - check-in was easy. I had the standard room and it was a great size and super clean.
