"An absolute (new) hidden gem for London hotel options! I had the pleasure of staying a few nights and I highly recommend it. The staff are lovely and a shout-out to the reception team who were friendly, helpful, and supportive. The hotel is very new and so has the new-smell vibe and so make for a very comfortable stay. "Centrally located. Spotless and kind reception staff. Right by the Sky Garden, short walk to Tower Bridge, Close to many underground stations. I just wish they had daily room service. Other than than, great place, great value"

"Staff were helpful. Beds are small for a couple, and uncomfortable. The courtyard is used for smoking, which is unpleasant when getting one of the lifts. Kitchen facilities are reasonable. WiFi is decent for work or streaming."

I’m sorry I didn’t get the young women’s name but she seemed to be there most days I was coming and going and was always pleasant and helpful with any questions. You think you are buying into an experience you can enjoy for a weekend. Unfortunately you are just getting a room. Even if you splash out for a great room, it’s just a room.
