"Excellent stay"

"An absolute (new) hidden gem for London hotel options! I had the pleasure of staying a few nights and I highly recommend it. The staff are lovely and a shout-out to the reception team who were friendly, helpful, and supportive. The hotel is very new and so has the new-smell vibe and so make for a very comfortable stay. The room was very well appointed and a comfortable size for central London, with excellent soundproofing from external noise and between rooms. The bed was great and the bathroom...

"Centrally located. Spotless and kind reception staff. Right by the Sky Garden, short walk to Tower Bridge, Close to many underground stations. I just wish they had daily room service. Other than than, great place, great value"

"Staff were helpful. Beds are small for a couple, and uncomfortable. The courtyard is used for smoking, which is unpleasant when getting one of the lifts. Kitchen facilities are reasonable. WiFi is decent for work or streaming."

"I loved everything about the Wilde but unfortunately cannot give five stars since the water pressure in our bathroom was terrible. There was air in the pipes and the flow would just trickle and stop at times…staff gave us access to another suite for showering and even offered us a different suite but it was a hassle to repack and unpack again…I will stay there again provided it is a lower floor and no plumbing issues! Staff are absolutely lovely and I really felt cared for ❤️"

"The challenge with the NED is the photos show a rooftop open are pool and seating area and a basement pool and spa. Plus multiple bars and restaurants. You think you are buying into an experience you can enjoy for a weekend. Unfortunately you are just getting a room. Even if you splash out for a great room, it’s just a room. Then spa is extra, the breakfast is extra, everything is chargeable, plus hidden charges. And the greatest scam, the rooftop is members only and not available to guests at...
