However be aware that early morning the connection between the hotel and the airport, via the NEC and Birmingham international, isn't open. Bit of a longer walk. Hotel was excellent though, really well appointed and great facilities"

"We Checked in for a two day stay, the second day the room key didn’t work, it was only programmed for one day. There was no water on the hospitality tray although there was a sign that said please enjoy our water etc etc, we weren’t aware that we would have to pay for parking our car at the hotel this was 10 pound for 24 hours, then only to get home and receive a text from ring go that we owed £3.27 although we paid £20.00 to the receptionist,"

"Lovely host, very helpful & pleasant, parking directly outside our room which was a good size & very clean. Lovely surroundings with horses in the stables to say hello to. Great directions for walking to our concert at bp pulse about 15 mins away. The breakfast was very nice & served very quickly. Would definitely stay again & highly recommend."
