"Super easy check in. Rooms are pretty good as far as pod hotels go, probably the best one in London having stayed in a few at this point. Room was nice and air conditioned, perfect for a sweaty day in London"

"This looks a grand hotel, the arrival departure whilst busy was fine, staff throughout are very friendly and polite. Breakfast was plentiful, restaurants fine one night I dined in. Service is great, loved spa treatments so much, would love to give it 5 stars for the staff and service but it’s still seemingly going through an upgrade. It just feels a bit dated in parts, marks and lumps missing on walls, old decor etc."

I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). "We would stay there again. It is a little removed from sites but reasonably priced. We enjoyed the restaurant. There were a couple of cafes nearby. Transportation was about a half mile away."

The chrome cast in our room didn’t work, the staff offered to switch our rooms, but we’d just asked for the twin beds to be made into 2 singles, so remained for the convenience. "Great hotel location, friendly staff, quiet for central London. I payed for the cheapest room with no window but ended up with a window which was a great surprise! The air con was fantastic during 35 degree weather during my stay."

"Quiet place at Earl's Court. Easy walking distance to restaurants, etc. Room was comfortable but super small - especially the shower - but that's London for you. My only significant complaint is that all four pillows were quite thick & very hard. I asked about getting a thinner / softer pillow but no luck. Unfortunately it affected my sleep to the point that I would not stay again (silly but true - not everyone likes thick hard pillows)."
