"A very warm welcome and early check-in which was much appreciated. Check-in was highly efficient. Doormen were very friendly and eager to assist. If anything, front of house service was a little overbearing. I fully appreciate that staff are striving to deliver the most attentive service, but at times it felt more intrusive rather than helpful. "Beautiful hotel in a great neighborhood. Very quiet, very comfortable room. Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff was very nice. They upgraded us to a room with a balcony and that was lovely! There is massive construction going on at the building next door so we were woken up at 8am by drilling etc, but we were out and about all day so it wasn’t too much of a bother.
