"We were greeted at reception by Alexander who was so friendly, polite and helpful.Such a credit to the hotel . The room and bathroom were very clean and the beds comfy. The hotel is ideally placed for theatres and lots of places to eat. The Italian cafe over the road in Russell square garden is wonderful. This was my second visit to the hotel and I will definitely return. "
