"Lovely hotel with excellent staff. Room was a little tired, but we did have a great outdoor space, being on the ground floor, although laundry next to the bedroom wasn't ideal when they delivered in the morning. Convenient for the town, and the hotel bar/bistro was a great space."

"Property was located right in the heart of Wrexham, with easy/convenient walk from the train station. Numerous bars and restaurants within a couple minutes walk. Staff was extremely friendly on check-in. Room and bed were very comfortable for my two night stay. Bathroom fixtures were a little dated, however, everything was very clean and worked perfectly. Lots to do wven though the children were too young for the big activities. We couldn't eat at the main restaurant in the evening as there was no space for the 6 of us which was disappointing. I think guests at the hotel should have some sort of priority to dine first. We went to a local pub for our evening...
