"The view was Great and quiet but attention to details was lacking as regards cleaning like inside water closet and changing of bed cover. No much variety for breakfast, I stayed nine nights and I kept on seeing the same items."

"Great Experience. Hotel was amazing. My room spacious and clean. Staff was professional, helpful and courteous. Great location. Close (8-10 minutes) to the Ethiad Stadium for me to watch my soccer game, Manchester City v West Ham. I would definitely stay there again. My only recommendation is that, at night, like on the weekends to have food available up to midnight. The cut off for food was like 9:30 pm. "Only read reviews after I stayed. Personally my stay was ok. The receptionist /manager was polite and helpful to me. Very chatty, even upgraded my room when I arrived. The room was basic and wasn't all glamorous, but wasn't filthy. Bed was comfortable enough. Means to make facilities in room but I didn't use.
