Night concierge was not so much, sent me to a restaurant that had stopped serving food, and didn't specify to the taxi company that we were four people with suitcases when ordering a cab to the airport. We were lucky our driver was so creative and our kids were so small. Would stay again."

"Great location. Needs maintenance- air conditioning was not working properly in two of our rooms. Toilets were quite old and had a smell to them. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty."

"The hotel was a great experience, the room was clean and tidy with the staff being friendly. The breakfast was better than any of the ones we had in the town with local sausages and attentive service. Don’t forget to try a little of the salt rub in the main lounge, not sure if it’s home made or bought in but my skin felt incredible after. Would highly recommend."

"Fantastic service from arrival, dinner, and breakfast. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A lovely one nights stay - breaking up the journey from North Wales to Cornwall. Delightful area and close to the motorways. Went for a walk in the local area to stretch our legs along the Strawberry Line (perfect). We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel, the food was delicious and catered for many dietary requirements including vegetarians :). Several other pubs / restaurants near by also. ...

"Absolutely loved our stay. I didn't take an iron with me. So I borrowed that and the ironing board from reception, nothing was too much trouble. Really close to the towns high street. A sports centre nearby and of course the lovely harbour with coffee shops and a coop. A great stay. Definitely would recommend"
