"Small, quiet hotel with a fantastic location in the Arts District. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Bed was comfortable and the shower is great. I did wish that the hotel had a gym. One thing to keep in mind is First Friday, which is a loud street festival that takes place on the first Friday of every month. If your room faces Main you will hear it. We managed to fall asleep by 11, though. I would stay at this hotel again without question. "

"The parking garage always has ample parking and located near the entrance to the hotel, the rooms are spotless. Just disappointed when I asked for a few extra pillows (hoping to get a softer one) they were going to charge me a lot. But I can’t complain since there are no resort fees, but I will bring my own pillow next time."

"I got to my room and the bed was dirty. The bed had crumbs and hair. Then, I pulled up the covers from the bed and saw the wet towels and stains in the sheets. I felt so disgusted to see that the bed was super dirty, the sheets not changed and if the bed was not clean that means that the room was not clean either. So disappointing because I really enjoyed staying at this hotel Element."

"The room and property were clean. My issue is with the supervisor that checked me in and out and housekeeping. When I checked in I requested extra pillows because I had recently broken my rib so I was trying to sleep a bit more comfortable he said he could only provide 2 and they would be sent up later. "Nice hotel. Clean. Interaction with hotel bar staff when ordering food was not friendly at all. The cleaning staff were the most friendly and pleasant. Pool is open until 10pm which is nice. And their gym is open 24/7. Also nice. But if you want any food it’s best to Uber Eats. Or bring food back from other restaurants. Food from the bar was not good. Plus their one store is super expensive. And very limited. First time staying at a hotel in Vegas without a casino inside. It was surprisingly...

"Overall for the age of the hotel and casino, this is a great place to stay. It is a little loud at night because of the proximity to the Fremont experience. It did not bother me one bit and iI enjoyed my stay. Great staff working there also."
