Hotel murah di Sundridge

"Excelente ubicación muy cerca de el Big Ben, checkin rápido, desayuno diario, y tienen un sistema digital para luz y aire acondicionado en las camas lo cual se agradece cuando te estás quedando dormido o tienes frío por la noche para no pararte. El personal fue increíble, solo consideren que el cuarto no es grande, hicimos 5 noches y puedo decir que estuvo okey pero si nos estás acostumbrado a espacios pequeños sí sería complicado. "

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. "Excelente opción para estar en el centro de Londres (5min caminando al big ben ), muy bien conectado con estaciones de metro para moverte a otras zonas de Londres, los recepcionistas y la manager muy amables y atentos , la publicidad puede ser un poco engañosa con las imágenes respecto al espacio pero en realidad si es tal cual como se indica. En resumen todo muy bien ."

"Very clean, and nice rooms. They were smaller but well organized and very cute and nice. The hotel food was great and the staff very friendly and happy to help with recommendations or with anything that was needed. Overall a great place to stay in a decent location to all the touristy things. "

"WiFi barely worked and only at odd hours. The bed was horrific. Two hard twin mattresses pushed together to make a queen sized bed. The seam of the two mattresses was extremely uncomfortable. I asked for a topper twice from staff and was assured both times they’d handle that. They didn’t. I ended up having to spend several hundred pounds on massages throughout me stay to help with the back pain. Really! The towels were scratchy and the room was barely clean. Would not recommend staying here...

"We only stayed for the night and had to be up early for a flight the next day, however, our stay was wonderful. The shower was amazing, and the view from the balcony was lovely. We stayed for our anniversary, and reception helped us celebrate with a couple of glasses of champagne. The bed was comfortable and we need to know about the pillows because we need our own!"
